abstract | The present invention provides a chlorine dioxide producing apparatus capable of accurately controlling the amount of chlorine dioxide generated.nThe chlorine dioxide producing apparatus provided by the present invention includes an electrolysis chamber, a liquid level measuring chamber, and a foaming gas supply device. In the electrolysis chamber and the liquid level measuring chamber, each contains an electrolyte and a gas, the electrolyte contains an aqueous solution of chlorite, and the electrolysis chamber and the liquid level measuring chamber are such that the height of the electrolyte contained in each chamber becomes substantial. In an equal manner, the liquid electrolyte is connected to each other through the gas pipe above the liquid surface of each of the electrolyte solutions, and is connected to each other through the electrolyte pipe under the liquid surface of each of the electrolyte solutions. The electrolysis chamber is provided with a cathode and an anode, and the cathode and the anode are fixed to the spacer, and the electrolysis chamber is provided with a foaming gas supply unit for the electrolyte in the electrolysis chamber, and the foaming gas supply unit is used for foaming from the outside of the electrolysis chamber. The gas is supplied to the electrolytic solution in the electrolysis chamber, and the gas supply unit is connected to the foaming gas supply device disposed outside the electrolytic cell through a pipe, and the liquid level measuring chamber has means for measuring the liquid level. |
