A method for producing an aromatic polyketone film, comprising the steps of: supplying a coating liquid to a surface of at least a portion of a substrate to form a coating liquid layer; drying the coating liquid layer; and heat treatment The step of coating the liquid layer; wherein the coating liquid contains an aromatic polyketone having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1) or (2) and a solvent. In the formulae (1) and (2), R1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, R2 and R3 represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and X represents a specific divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group or carbon number. A divalent alicyclic hydrocarbon group of 3 to 30, and Y represents a specific divalent functional group.n□ □ |
