The present invention provides a bispecific single-chain antibody construct that binds to a target cell surface antigen via a first binding domain and to a T cell surface antigen CD3 via a second binding domain, wherein the serum albumin is fused to the antibody construct C end. Furthermore, the invention provides a polynucleotide encoding the antibody construct, a vector comprising the polynucleotide, and a host cell transformed or transfected with the vector. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for producing an antibody construct of the present invention; a medical application of the antibody construct and a kit comprising the antibody construct. |
