The method for forming a protective film for an electrode for a touch panel of the present invention includes the following steps: a first step of providing a photosensitive layer containing a photosensitive resin composition on a substrate having an electrode for a touch panel, the photosensitive resin The composition contains a binder polymer, a photopolymerizable compound, and a photopolymerization initiator; in the second step, a predetermined portion of the photosensitive layer is cured by irradiation with active light; and in the third step, the predetermined portion of the photosensitive layer is removed, A protective film comprising a cured product of a predetermined portion of the photosensitive layer covering part or all of the electrode; and a hydroxyl value of the photosensitive resin composition of 40 mg KOH/g or less is formed. |
