titleOfInvention | Photocurable composition and method of manufacturing electronic part |
abstract | The present invention provides a photocurable composition which can improve the adhesion of a cured film to a member to be coated, and can improve the light reflectance of the cured film by being white, and can improve the heat resistance of the cured film.nThe photocurable composition of the present invention is applied to a surface of a member to be coated in a partial and plural part, and comprises: an epoxy (meth) acrylate having no carboxyl group and having a weight of 2000 or more. An average molecular weight; a photocurable compound which is not an epoxy (meth) acrylate having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000 or more, and which has a weight average molecular weight of not more than 2,000 and has at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond; a pigment; and a photopolymerization initiator; and the content of the epoxy (meth) acrylate is 5% by weight or more and 30% by weight or less. |
