The present invention provides methods and assays for producing a glatiramer acetate-specific human T cell strain using such T cell strains for demonstrating immunological identity between glatiramer acetate preparations. These analytical methods allow sensitive and accurate comparisons of glatiramer acetate preparations, as well as finding utility as a lot-release assay. |
