Bispecific monovalent diabodies capable of binding gpA33 and CD3 and uses thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a bispecific monovalent diabody comprising two polypeptide chains and having at least one binding site specific for the epitope of CD3 and a binding site specific for the epitope of gpA33 (ie, "gpA33" x CD3 bispecific monovalent diabodies"). The invention also relates to a bispecific monovalent diabody comprising an immunoglobulin Fc domain ("bispecific monovalent Fc diabody") and a binding site consisting of three polypeptide chains and having at least one epitope specific for gpA33 Point and a binding site specific for the CD3 epitope (ie, "gpA33 x CD3 bispecific monovalent Fc diabody"). Here, the bispecific monovalent diabody and the bispecific monovalent Fc diabody are capable of binding to both gpA33 and CD3. The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such bispecific monovalent diabody or such bispecific monovalent Fc diabody. The invention further relates to methods of using such diabodies to treat cancer and other diseases and conditions. |
