titleOfInvention | Semiconductor device and system including multiple channels |
abstract | A semiconductor device includes a direct access portion, a dielectric surface, and a through-perforation region. The direct access unit receives a standard clock, a first clock, and a control clock through a direct access pad. The interfacial portion includes a plurality of channel circuits adapted to align the control signal to the first clock and output an aligned control signal. The through-punch region transmits a standard clock from the face and an alignment control signal to a plurality of channels corresponding to the respective channel circuits. |
