abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a photosensitive composition which is excellent in adhesion and hardness of a cured film obtained by heating at a low temperature, and which is excellent in pattern formability by photolithography, and which hardens the photosensitive composition. A cured film, a method for producing the same, and a liquid crystal display device, an organic EL display device, a touch panel, and a touch panel display device having the cured film. The photosensitive composition of the present invention contains a polymerizable monomer having three or more (meth)acrylonium groups and one or more carboxyl groups in the molecule as component A, and a molecule as component B. a polymerizable monomer having three or more (meth)acrylinyl groups and having no carboxyl group, a photopolymerization initiator as component C, a solvent as component D, and a polymerization inhibitor as component E, and The total content of the component A and the component B or the content of the component A is a value contained in a certain fixed range. |
