titleOfInvention Solid-state light-emitting device and configuration material for photoluminescence wavelength conversion
abstract The present invention discloses a photo-fluorescent material paste comprising: a first inorganic photo-fluorescent material having a first density; a second inorganic photo-fluorescent material having a second density; and a Light transmissive non-curable polyoxo-oxygen fluids, which are themselves non-curable. The first density of the first inorganic photoluminescent material is different from the second density of the second inorganic photoluminescent material. The first inorganic photoluminescent material and the second inorganic photoluminescent material are substantially uniformly dispersed in the light transmissive non-curable polyfluorene oxygen fluid to form the photoluminescent material paste. One of the first photoluminescent material and the second photoluminescent material in the photoluminescent material paste has a loading weight ranging from about 60% to about 95%.
