abstract | With the development of small size, light weight, and high performance of electronic information equipment, films used for electric/electronic components, optical device members, and the like are required to have more excellent heat resistance, transparency, surface smoothness, and optical characteristics. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently producing a polyimide-based film which is excellent in heat resistance, surface smoothness, optical properties, and transparency and which is thinner at a good yield. A method for producing a polyimide film having a surface roughness (Rz) of less than 0.08 μm is provided, and the method has the steps (A) to (C). Step (A): laminating the solvent-soluble resin A in part or all of the surface of the metal material having a specular gloss of 200 or more and a surface roughness (Rz) of 0.5 μm or less, and obtaining the metal laminate A; Step (B) : On the surface of the solvent-soluble resin A layer of the metal laminate A, the solvent-soluble resin A is laminated and the poly-imide resin B is different, and the metal laminate B is obtained; Step (C): From the metal The laminate B peels off the polyimine-based resin B layer to obtain a polyimide film. |
