The sheet-type lithium ion secondary battery of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a membrane electrode assembly in which a positive electrode sheet provided with a positive electrode active material layer on a positive electrode current collector and a negative electrode current collector are provided via a separator a negative electrode sheet having a negative electrode active material layer laminated; and a sheet-shaped outer casing in which the membrane electrode assembly is housed and sealed; and the membrane electrode assembly is at least the positive electrode sheet and the separator A sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin layer is interposed between either the negative electrode sheet and the separator. |
