abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a target protein and a mammalian cell expressing a suspension of a target protein, which is produced by a transposon at both ends of a gene fragment comprising a DNA encoding a target protein and a selectable marker gene. The sequence of the protein expression vector is introduced into the suspended mammalian cell, and the gene fragment inserted between the pair of transposon sequences is incorporated into the chromosome of the mammalian cell to obtain a mammalian cell expressing the target protein. The mammalian cells are subjected to suspension culture to produce the target protein. |
