A curable aqueous polyurethane dispersion by reacting a polyol component a) with an excess of polyisocyanate b) to form a polyurethane prepolymer which is extended in the chain It was previously neutralized and dispersed with a chain extender c) to form the final aqueous dispersion of polyurethane polymer. The polyol a) component comprises: a1) at least one nonionic polyol, a2) at least one polyol having at least one ionic or potentially ionic group (including an acid group or a salt thereof), and a3) At least one ethylenically unsaturated monol or polyol. The polyol component contains carbon atoms from renewable resources. A method for making the curable aqueous polyurethane dispersion, the use of the aqueous polyurethane dispersion, the cured polyurethane is also disclosed. |
