abstract |
The present inventors succeeded in substituting an amino acid residue in the sequence of the variant region of the humanized EP27 antibody which inhibits cancer cell proliferation by exerting cytotoxicity and neutralizing activity on cancer cells expressing human Epiregulin. Anti-Epiregulin antibody showing cross-reaction between species of crabs and humans in non-human animals, anti-Epiregulin antibody with suppressed chemical decomposition, anti-Epiregulin antibody with decreased isoelectric point, and anti-Epiregulin with elevated temperature at heat denaturation An anti-Epiregulin antibody having a reduced amount of an antibody or an association is successfully used as a therapeutic agent for non-small cell lung cancer other than adenocarcinoma containing the antibody as an active ingredient. |
