| abstract |
A method for manufacturing a rain gear and a rain gear, comprising: a rain gear body of EVA or PEVA material; and at least one light reflecting unit fixed to an outer surface of the rain gear body. The light reflecting unit comprises a reflective cloth having a reflective front surface and a back surface, and a layer of EVA hot melt adhesive adhered to the back surface of the reflective cloth, and the EVA hot melt adhesive is thermally fused to the reflective cloth. The back is between the body of the rain gear. Through the design of the rain gear structure, the reflective cloth can be firmly fixed on the rain gear body of the EVA or PEVA material, and the function of refracting the light back to the light source direction by the light reflecting unit can be greatly improved, and the visibility and the reflective warning effect when the rain gear is used are greatly improved. It can improve the safety of rain gear users. |
