abstract | The present invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent characteristics in a high voltage application of 80 V or more and a method for producing the same. The solid electrolytic capacitor of the present invention is a conductive polymer dispersion in which particles of a conductive polymer are dispersed in a solvent, and the capacitor element is obtained by winding an anode electrode foil and a cathode electrode foil with a separator interposed therebetween. A solid electrolyte layer is formed, and a void containing a composite compound of a mineral acid and an organic acid of less than 9 wt% as a solute is filled in a void portion in a capacitor element in which the solid electrolyte layer is formed. |
