abstract |
The present invention provides a conductive paste composition comprising metal particles; a glass frit comprising lead oxide, cerium oxide and molybdenum or a molybdenum containing compound; and an organic vehicle. The present invention also provides a solar cell manufactured by applying a conductive paste according to the present invention to a germanium wafer and firing the germanium wafer. The invention further provides a solar cell module comprising an electrically interconnected solar cell in accordance with the present invention. The present invention also provides a method of fabricating a solar cell comprising the steps of: providing a germanium wafer having a front surface and a back surface, applying a conductive paste according to the present invention to the germanium wafer, and firing the germanium wafer. |
