The present invention provides a method and a unit for recovering a solvent for determining a mass ratio of a plurality of solvent components contained in a recovered solvent, a solvent recovery preparation method, and a solution film formation method. The analysis unit determines the mass ratio of the solvent component to the mixture of the recovered liquid, that is, the recovered solvent. The analysis unit includes a constant temperature chamber, a measuring device, a gasification chamber, a separation unit, a detector, and a ratio calculation unit. The meter samples the sample vaporized in the gasification chamber from the recovered solvent. The constant temperature chamber is adjusted to a specific temperature by heating to raise the temperature of the recovered solvent measured by the measuring device. |
