Glass laminate |
abstract |
The present invention provides a glass base layer which can be easily peeled off even after high-temperature heat treatment, and decomposition of the silicone resin layer is suppressed.nA glass laminate comprising a support substrate layer, a silicone resin layer and a glass substrate layer in sequence; the epoxy resin in the epoxy resin layer has an organic phosphonium unit represented by the following T3, and is relatively organic The total ratio of the organic methoxy unit represented by T3 in the decyloxy unit is 80 to 100 mol%; in T3, R is an organic decyl unit (A-1) of a phenyl group and R is a methyl group in T3. The molar ratio of the organic methoxy unit (B-1) ((A-1): (B-1)) is 80 to 20:20 to 80; and, the predetermined peel strength relationship is satisfied; T3: R-SiO3 /2 (wherein R represents a phenyl group or a methyl group). |
