Lupinol acetate liposome and application thereof for preparing rheumatoid arthritis |
abstract |
The present invention relates to lupinol acetate liposome and its use for the treatment or prevention of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The lupinol acetate liposome of the present invention has been found to require only half of the dose of uncoated lupinol acetic acid to achieve the same inhibition of inflammation and osteoblast production, and not only improve clinical rheumatoidity. The inflammation and swelling of arthritis, resulting in joint deformation and other diseases, to reduce the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis, can reduce the cost of pharmaceutical use and the efficiency of the use of lupin acetic acid. |
