The present invention provides a hollow microparticle comprising: a) a hollow microsphere; b) a plurality of linking molecules attached to the surface of the hollow microsphere; c) a multi-peptide, linked to at least one linking molecule; and d) A target molecule that links at least one linker molecule. The hollow microspheres of the present invention can utilize hollow structures, multi-peptides and target molecules to increase the amount of loaded cells and the probability of successful transplantation. Further, the present invention further provides a method for producing hollow microspheres and a cell carrier. |
