titleOfInvention Touch panel and detection method thereof
abstract A touch panel includes a substrate, a touch array, at least one first peripheral lead, and at least one second peripheral lead. The touch array, the first peripheral lead, and the second peripheral lead are all disposed on the substrate. The touch array has a plurality of first axial electrodes, wherein each of the first axial electrodes has a first end and a second end. The first peripheral lead is used to input input signals of different frequencies to the first axial electrode, wherein the first ends of the plurality of first axial electrodes are electrically connected to the first peripheral lead respectively through different coupling units. The second peripheral leads are electrically connected to the second ends of the first axial electrodes. Thereby, the occupied space of the peripheral leads can be saved, which is beneficial to the narrow frame design of the touch panel.
