The present invention relates to an anti-human α-enolase (ENO1) antibody which binds to an amino acid sequence 296 FDQDDWGAWQKFTA 309 (SEQ ID NO: 9) comprising the human ENO1 protein (GenBank: AAH50642.1) and/or Or the peptide combination of 326 KRIAKAVNEKS 336 (SEQ ID NO: 10). The antibody of the present invention has a good binding activity (having a binding affinity of about 2.19 x 10-10 mol/L), and can significantly inhibit cell invasion and tumor metastasis of various tumors. The peptides and antibodies identified according to the present invention are useful for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of cancers known to express cell surface ENO1, including lung cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, and solid tumors. |
