abstract |
This patent document relates to antibodies against human antithrombin beta (ATβH) complexed with heparin and/or heparin-like structures, antigen-binding antibody fragments (Fabs), and other protein scaffolds. These ATβH binding proteins block the anticoagulant activity of ATβ to induce coagulation. The therapeutic uses of these antibodies and binding agents as well as methods of panning and screening for specific antibodies are described herein. |
