abstract | The present invention relates to a photocurable resin composition comprising a solid epoxy resin (A) having an epoxy equivalent of 7000 to 13000 g/eq, and a solid epoxy resin (B) having an epoxy equivalent of 400 to 1000 g/eq at 25 ° C. The viscosity is 12~25Pa. a liquid epoxy resin (C) and a photoacid generator (D); and the component (A) is set to 30 with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total of the components (A), (B) and (C). In the range of ~70 parts by weight, the component (B) is set to be in the range of 10 to 40 parts by weight, the component (C) is set to be in the range of 10 to 30 parts by weight, and the component (D) is set to be 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight. Therefore, the sheet made of the photocurable resin composition obtained by using the photocurable resin composition of the present invention does not bleed out and has excellent transparency, heat resistance, flexibility, unevenness followability, and mold release property. |
