abstract |
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a titanium thin plate, which comprises the steps of: (a) providing a titanium roll; (b) cold rolling the titanium roll; and (c) continuously annealing the cold rolled titanium roll; d) slow-angle low-angle blasting of the annealed titanium coil with a spray speed of 20 to 40 m/s and a spray angle of 5 to 25 degrees; (e) a titanium roll after pickling and blasting; (f) Titanium coil after quenching and tempering and pickling; and (g) titanium coil after tension flattening and rolling. Thereby, the production efficiency of the titanium thin plate can be improved, the titanium coil die can be refined, and the production cost can be reduced. |
