abstract |
The present invention relates to a molded article and a molding material for obtaining the same, which comprises 10 to 40% by mass of reinforcing fibers (A) and 60 to 90% by mass of a matrix resin containing polyarylene sulfide as a main component (B). The formed molded article satisfies the following conditions (I) to (IV), and the tensile strength of the reinforcing fiber (A) in the molded product in the main alignment direction is 240 MPa or more;n(I) Strand tensile strength of reinforcing fiber (A) is 1.5~5.5GPan(II) The number average fiber length of the reinforcing fiber (A) is 0.4 to 10 mmn(III) The base resin (B) has a tensile elongation of 1.5 to 10%n(IV) The interfacial shear strength of the reinforcing fiber (A) and the matrix resin (B) is 20 MPa or more. |
