A touch display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display dielectric layer, a cover layer, and a first touch electrode layer. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The display medium layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The second substrate is disposed between the cover layer and the first substrate. The first touch electrode layer is disposed between the first substrate and the cover layer. The thickness of the first touch electrode layer is between (1400Å×N)×1.1 and (1400Å×N)×0.9, and N is a positive integer of one of 1 to 5. |
