abstract A cerium-containing prepolymer having a three-dimensional network structure and a preparation method thereof, which are hydrolyzed by a condensation polymerization reaction using a hexadecanoxy oxime ether, a reactive ruthenium polymer and a hydrophilic reactive monomer to form a矽Prepolymer. The ruthenium-containing prepolymer can exhibit a three-dimensional network structure, so that the mechanical strength is good, and further, it can be further copolymerized by reacting a hydrophilic monomer with a hydrophobic monomer containing ruthenium to prepare a ruthenium. A water-repellent contact lens with good oxygen permeability, hydrophilicity, and comfortable wearability.
