abstract |
The present invention relates to a glass plate which contains fluorine in a glass in a depth direction distribution obtained by secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) with a horizontal axis at a depth and a vertical axis at a fluorine concentration (mol%). The amount is more than 0.23mol%. Mm and 21mol%. Below μm. According to the glass plate of the present invention, warpage after chemical strengthening can be effectively suppressed, and the polishing treatment before chemical strengthening or the like can be omitted or simplified. |
