abstract The present invention is a result of an improvement in a fluorescent identification marker for a rope. The invention comprises: a body portion having a plurality of fine bubbles inside and having an elliptical external shape, and a body hole formed in the center of the body portion and insertable into the rope, the body portion comprising: 100 parts by weight of the EVA copolymer, relative to the EVS 100 parts by weight of the copolymer, including 0.1 parts by weight to 5 parts by weight of the epoxy resin, 3 parts by weight to 15 parts by weight of the fluorescent substance, 2 parts by weight to 5 parts by weight of the blowing agent, 0.5 parts by weight to 5 parts by weight of the crosslinking agent, and The EVA foaming portion which is foamed in an amount of 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of the other additive is composed of the same component as the EVA foaming portion, and forms a tough outer surface and an EVA surface layer formed on the outer side of the EVA foaming portion. The main body hole is formed of an EVA cylinder layer which is formed of the same component as the EVA foaming portion but does not have a solid inner surface in the state of fine bubbles of the EVA foaming portion. The present invention is formed by manufacturing a separate type and then combining them with each other.
