abstract | The present invention provides a method for cyclically preparing biodiesel comprising: (a) esterifying a glycerol with a free fatty acid in a high temperature and low pressure environment to obtain a monoglyceride mixture; (b) using the glyceride mixture and low The transesterification reaction is carried out by mixing a carbon alcohol and a base catalyst, and after completion of the reaction, a biomass diesel solution and a glycerin solution are obtained through phase separation; (c) neutralizing the glycerin solution with an acidic solution to produce a salt precipitate; (d) The glycerol solution of step (c) is filtered to remove the salt precipitate; (e) the glycerol solution of step (d) is heated to remove the lower alcohol and water to obtain a purified glycerol product. The invention can carry out esterification reaction without additional acid catalyst, and can recover glycerin product for recycling to prepare biodiesel to reduce the production cost of biodiesel. |
