abstract A method of manufacturing an insulated container, comprising first providing a male mold and a female mold. Next, the male mold and the female mold are placed on the first mobile device and the second mobile device, respectively. Thereafter, the elastic material is sprayed onto the outer surface of the male mold and the inner surface of the master mold using a spraying device. After the elastic material is hardened, the first moving device and/or the second moving device are actuated to combine the male mold and the female mold, wherein a gap is formed between the male mold and the female mold. Then, a heat insulating material is injected into the gap using a potting device, wherein the matured heat insulating material and the hardened elastic material constitute an insulated container after the heat insulating material is matured. Next, the first moving device and/or the second moving device are actuated to separate the male mold from the female mold, wherein the insulated container is located on the male mold. Thereafter, the insulated container is separated from the male mold.
