The extraction method comprises the steps of: washing and drying the plant material of cinnamon, performing the crushing treatment, and distilling a material to be extracted obtained by the crushing by steam distillation to obtain a first condensation after evaporation into a gas phase. One water extract. The extraction method is completely extracted by water, can effectively eliminate the problem of residual organic solvent, and can save the procedure, time and cost required for removing the organic solvent, and the obtained first water extract can inhibit the cheese in the melanin production path.
