titleOfInvention |
Novel sweet taste imparting agent |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a fresh sweetness imparting agent which has two indoleamine bonds in a molecule, and a cyclic group such as an aromatic ring or the like is bonded directly or through a bond at a carbon atom to which the two indoleamines are bonded. The base forms a low molecular weight organic compound that is pendant. This fresh sweetness imparting agent is not a conventionally known (poly) peptide system, but is a sweet taste imparting agent containing a compound of a low molecular weight organic compound having a chemical structure unknown to date and having a sweet taste. The present invention is also a coating sensation imparting agent which has two guanamine bonds in a molecule, and a cyclic group such as an aryl ring or a permeation bond on a carbon atom to which the two guanamines are bonded The base forms a suspended low molecular weight organic compound. |
