Method for preparing peptide fragment, kit for peptide fragment modulation used in the method, and analysis method |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of cleavage of a protein using a protease to modulate a peptide fragment. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of contacting a porous body in which a matrix protein of a cutting target is fixed in a pore with a microparticle in which a protease is immobilized on a surface in a liquid. In the present invention, the average particle diameter of the fine particles is larger than the average pore diameter of the porous body. According to the method of the present invention, matrix proteins such as antibodies can be selectively cleavable. The peptide fragment obtained by the above method can be analyzed by mass spectrometry or the like to detect or quantitatively analyze a protein such as an antibody. |
