abstract | Provided is a resin-coated aluminum seamless can comprising a resin-coated seamless aluminum can 10 having a polyester resin coating 5 and 7 formed on the inner and outer surfaces, wherein the polyester resin coating 5, 7 is separated by a chromium-free inorganic layer. The surface treatment films 3 and 3 are formed on the inner and outer surfaces of the aluminum can substrate 1, and the polyester resin coating 5, 7 is a copolymerized unit in which a copolymerized unit derived from a dibasic acid and a polybasic acid derived from 3 or more are introduced. It is formed of a low-crystalline polyester, and a chromium-free inorganic surface treatment film which is easily formed by a usual chemical conversion treatment using a treatment liquid in which an organic compound is not blended is provided on the surface of the aluminum substrate. It is excellent in adhesion to the resin coating formed on the surface, in particular, the resin coating formed on the outer surface side, and is effective in preventing external damage during post-machining or post-machining processing, and can also be effective. The problem of neck reduction when forming a resin coating by extrusion lamination is solved. |
