titleOfInvention Formula and method for producing glass substrate with hydrophobic oleophobicity, anti-fouling and high smoothness
abstract The invention relates to a preparation and a method for preparing a hydrophobic oleophobic, anti-staining and high-smooth surface of a glass substrate by using a chemical treatment agent to form small pores on the surface of the glass substrate and to change the substrate. The physical properties of the surface make the surface hydrophobic, oleophobic, stain-resistant and improve the smoothness. The chemical treatment formula contains nano-silver particles and polysiloxane derivatives with a particle size of 100 nm or less. Perfluoropolyether derivative, perfluorinated alkane derivative, fluorinated alkane derivative, surfactant, etc., to achieve hydrophobic oleophobicity, which does not affect the image reflection, surface definition and transparency of the glass substrate. Formulation and method for making anti-fouling and high-smooth glass substrate surface.
