titleOfInvention | Tricarboxylic acid, tricarboxylic acid ester, and electrolyte solution for electrolytic capacitors containing the same |
abstract | The present invention discloses an electrolyte solution for an electrolytic capacitor comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of a tricarboxylic acid compound represented by the following formula (1) and a salt thereof as an electrolyte. An electrolytic capacitor obtained by using an electrolytic solution containing the tricarboxylic acid compound is excellent in voltage resistance, solubility, and chemical conversion. □ (wherein R1, R2 and R3 represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and at least one of R1 to R3 is a hydrogen atom. R4 to R9 represent a hydrogen atom or a carbon which may also be substituted by a fluorine atom. The alkyl groups having 1 to 4 may be the same or different from each other. n represents the number of methylene groups and is an integer of 2 to 14. The compound represented by the formula (1) has a carbon number of 10 or more and 50 or less. |
