titleOfInvention Pixel structure, display panel and manufacturing method thereof
abstract A pixel structure includes an active switching element, a patterned common electrode layer, an insulating layer, a patterned oxide electrode layer, and a patterned protective layer. The insulating layer covers the patterned common electrode layer. The patterned oxide electrode layer is disposed on the insulating layer and electrically connected to the active switching element. The patterned oxide electrode layer includes a semiconductor portion and a conductor portion. The semiconductor portion and the patterned common electrode layer substantially overlap in a vertical projection direction, the conductor portion and the semiconductor portion are connected to each other and substantially do not overlap with the patterned common electrode layer in a vertical projection direction, and the conductor portion constitutes a pixel electrode. The patterned protective layer covers the semiconductor portion of the patterned oxide electrode layer, and the patterned protective layer has an opening exposing the conductor portion of the patterned oxide electrode layer.
