The invention relates to a hand-held injection device comprising a housing (10; 340) comprising a cassette (20), a dose setting member (60, 70; 350) operable in a first direction To set a desired dose to be dispensed, a piston rod (30) adapted to cooperate with a piston to cause a set dose to be injected from the cassette (20), and a first clicker assembly (100; 320), which is primarily and rotationally constrained to the housing (10; 340), and a second clicker assembly (80; 300) that is rotatable relative to the housing (10; 340) during dispensing . The clicker assemblies (80, 100; 300, 320) are adapted to contact each other only at a set dose delivery terminal to thereby provide an audible and/or tactile first feedback to a user. The first clicker (100; 320) is displaceable relative to the housing (10; 340) between a near dose setting position and a distal dose dispensing position. |
