titleOfInvention | Touch panel and method of manufacturing same |
abstract | The manufacturing method of the touch panel includes the following steps. A transparent substrate is provided. A light-shielding conductive pattern layer is formed on the transparent substrate. The light-shielding conductive pattern layer includes a light-shielding wire, a first contact pad, and a first bridge electrode. An insulating layer is formed on the first bridge electrode, the first contact pad, and the transparent substrate. A first opening and a second opening are formed on the insulating layer to expose a portion of the first bridging electrode and a portion of the first contact pad, respectively. A transparent conductive pattern layer is formed on the transparent substrate. The transparent conductive pattern layer includes a first sensing electrode, a second sensing electrode, a second bridge electrode, and a second contact pad. Each of the first sensing electrodes is connected to the first bridge electrode through the first opening. Each of the second sensing electrodes is connected to each other through the second bridge electrode. The second contact pad is connected to the first contact pad through the second opening. |
