titleOfInvention Fluorescent powder and illuminating device comprising the same
abstract The present invention relates to a phosphor powder and a light-emitting device comprising the same. The phosphor powder contains an inorganic compound having a composition including an M element, an A element, a D element, an E element, and an R element, and the M element is selected from the group consisting of Eu, Ce, Mn, Tb, Dy, and Tm. From Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba, the D element is selected from the group consisting of B, Al, Ga, In, La, Gd, Sc, Lu and Y, the E element is selected from the group consisting of Si, Ge, Zr and Hf, and the R element is selected from N, O. At least two elements of F, Cl, and the inorganic compound in the powder X-ray diffraction pattern of the Cokα line, at least at a Bragg angle (2θ) of 27.3° to 28.3°, 29.7° to 30.7°, 41.9° to 42.9 °, the range of 43.5 ° ~ 44.5 ° memory in the diffraction peak. The proposal of the phosphor powder of the invention provides more alternatives for the application of green phosphor powder.
