abstract The present invention discloses an oxynitride (NxOy) sensing material and a method of forming the same. A porous polymer sensing material can be formed by washing out a thiobenzene derivative which is not involved in the reaction by a solvent after the polymerization reaction. The rough surface of the porous polymer sensing material can greatly increase the surface area per unit area, thereby improving the sensitivity of the sensing material to gas sensing. More preferably, according to the disclosure of the present specification, the oxynitride sensing material can be operated normally at room temperature, thereby achieving the convenience of use and energy saving.
