The present invention relates to tricyclic PI3k inhibitor compounds of formula I which have anticancer, anti-inflammatory or immunomodulatory properties and, more specifically, have PI3 kinase regulatory or inhibitory activity. The present invention relates to methods for diagnosing or treating mammalian cells, organisms or related pathological conditions in vitro, in situ, and in vivo using a tricyclic PI3K inhibitor compound of Formula I.nâ–ˇnThe compounds of formula I include stereoisomers, geometric isomers, tautomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
