abstract The present invention discloses an alkoxy-functional organopolyoxorane resin and a polymer comprising the reaction product of the reaction of: (i) an alkenyl functional oxygen containing R3SiO1/2 unit and SiO4/2 unit. An alkoxysilane functional organooxane compound having at least one hydrazine-bonded hydrogen atom at the molecular end; (iii) according to the formula R23Si-(R22SiO)s-SiR22H or R23Si-(R22SiO)t - (HR2SiO)-SiR23 or a combination thereof; and (iv) a polyorganosiloxane having an average of at least 2 aliphatic unsaturated organic groups per molecule, the reaction being carried out in (v) a hydrogenation catalyst Exist in the presence. In the alkoxy-functional organopolyoxane resin and polymer, each R2 is independently a hydrocarbon group and the subscripts s and t independently have values in the range of 0 to 10.
