abstract A high quality polyacetal copolymer is economically provided through a simple process. The present invention includes a raw material supply step of supplying a raw material containing trioxane or the like to the reaction apparatus 1, and the rotation axis is directed upward in the direction of the polyacetal copolymer recovery unit 5 along the inlet port 2 with respect to the horizontal direction. The polymerization reaction of the raw material is carried out by tilting 1 to 6° in this state to obtain a polymerization reaction step of the reaction mixture; in the vaporization separation section 4, unreacted monomers are vaporized from the reaction mixture, and are supplied again to the reaction. The unreacted monomer resupply step of the apparatus 1; and the polyacetal copolymer recovery step of recovering the polyacetal copolymer from the reaction mixture in the polyacetal copolymer separation section 5. Thereby, the polyacetal copolymer D is a total supply monomer C defined by the sum of both the monomer A newly supplied to the reaction apparatus 1 and the monomer B recovered from the reaction apparatus 1 and resupply. The weight ratio D/C is 0.7 or more, and D/A is 0.85 or more.
