The present invention provides a conductive material formulation comprising: (a) a conductive polymer material, and (b) an insulating material, wherein the conductive polymer material is derived from a conductive polymer and a polyanion, and the conductive The polymer has a weight average molecular weight of between 3,000 and 30,000, wherein the (b) insulating material is present in an amount of from about 0.01 part by weight to about 200 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the (a) conductive polymer material.
