titleOfInvention Method for promoting vitamin D2 production by mushroom mycelium
abstract The present invention discloses a method for promoting the production of vitamin D2 by mushroom mycelium. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a liquid inoculation source of the mushroom; and cultivating the liquid inoculation source of the mushroom in a liquid medium at a concentration of 5% (v/v) to 10% (v/v), and Obtaining a homogenized liquid bacterial liquid; adding a specific mushroom strain of 3% (v/v) to 6% (v/v) to the homogenized liquid bacterial liquid for cultivation, thereby obtaining a homogenized liquid bacteria Liquid; separating the homogenized liquid bacterial liquid to obtain a mushroom mycelium; and irradiating the mushroom mycelium with ultraviolet light or pulsed light, thereby promoting the production of vitamin D2 by the mushroom mycelium.
